| July 30, 2007 | Upon installation on Brennan's
computer the program reports it is already installed on the machine. I proceed to backup all computers in the house and pull the hard disks to preserve any evidence. When I attempt to contact ATI on Friday, they have cancelled my account without explanation. They have sent an email regarding cancelation of my account. My email is later hacked with a different email replacing the initial email sent Tuesday AM. |

| August 3, 2007 | My WebWatcher Account has disappeared as
of Tuesday Morning. I had rec'd a non-descriptive email on Tuesday AM. I was backing up all of the computers, then on Friday I could not log in - I rec'd this error. I went to my email account and discovered the password issue. I called Tech Support and asked what the problem was. They had no answer. I asked them to reenable it, they refused. I told them I had an idea as to why they cancelled my account. When I explained that whoever was spying on me would have noticed I purchased the same program and made a call on Tuesday morning to report it. No explanation was offered. I once again said - I have caught you, can you PLEASE REMOVE THE SOFTWARE NOW. They became defensive belligerent, and abusive. Their attitude was as if I had the nerve to install their program to catch someone else who had installed their program. Once again they provided no assistance. |

MISREPRESENTATION: Brennan changed his address in August. The emergency number for Sonya is not accurate. By not letting the school district know that Brennan has moved outside the district to Quakertown, Sonya is not incurring a fee charged to persons who reside outside the district but attending a school in the North Penn. |

When I offer to pay for an identity protection service, she indicates the police hadn't thought it necessary when she reported it A WEEK AGO AT HER LAWYERS DIRECTION. Offer rescinded, another setup revealed. I also mention that I have the proof of them being behind it in the statistical info. They hack the site further. She additionally refuses to transfer the titles on the cars in anticipation of the insurance bill being due at the end of March | |

They are unaware that I had noticed them on my web site that week after Sonya's report to Upper Gwynedd Police the week before. Upper Gwynedd police were also visitors to the site that week. | |

While nothing appears to be taken, furniture is moved around and things are not quite where I left them. I discuss the break-ins with Cheif Brady of Montgomery Township Police Department. | |
| End February 2008 | I begin to get calls and statements from banks all over the world about accounts that I am supposedly opening up. Identity Theft Hits... and takes out my credit cards with it. | |

They harass me about how they were supposed to know that she wasn't allowed in the house. Perhaps it had something to do with me not being there? her drilling out the locks? her breaking in through the back door? her arrival with a team of people and boxes? that neighbors found it suspicious enough to contact police? her not being allowed into the house in October when she called them? and the Agreed Order she has that grants me exclusive use and occupancy of the house? The one officer asks me if I am on drugs. UNFUCKINGBELEIVABLE. | |
