A Terroristic Divorce

After an hour long conversation with the Support folks at Verizon Wireless, I was informed that Verizon does nothing to prevent the installation and use of eavesdropping and surveillance programs like FLEXISPY on your equipment or their network.

Verizon Wireless does nothing to assist in detection.

Verizon Wireless does nothing to assist in removal.

Verizon Wireless will waste hours of your time as you describe the program in detail to their support staff. The support staff will empathize with you, but will not offer any solution. they will indicate that their fraud department is not aware of the issue. They will tell you that they do not have a security department. They will then tell you there is nothing they can do and wish you luck.

It appears the time has come to change my cell phone company.
